  Log into your SecurityKing account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund
